This class is especially helpful as you come into the Holiday season. You have many occasions to immerse yourself back into original family dynamics during this time. How do you hold your new energetic space that you are in, when others have not changed their image of who you are?
Boundaries: what do yours look like?
Do you have healthy boundaries or any boundaries at all? Do other people drain your energy? Do you feel totally wiped out after doing energy work? Are your relationships nurturing and feeding you or leaving you exhausted? Do you feel like you are bombarded with energy, or sucked dry, when you go to the Mall, or are in a large crowd? Come learn tools to help you deal with this new human evolution that is happening in our midst.
In this class I will teach you some creative ways to change the way you look at energy and how you exchange energy with others. Many of you are sensitive to energy but have never been shown what happens to your energy and how to program your own internal computer to handle it differently.
Being a sensitive, as we move into the Aquarian Era and the veils between the worlds are thinning, is becoming an issue for many people. Times are changing and we need to find ways to handle the changes and feel comfortable in our world. Now is the time to learn the tools for dealing with this issue.
Finding your center and standing strong in who you are and in your power is necessary as the world turns around you. There are many things that sway you and coax you away from your center. Come and learn the tools to help you keep a stronger connection to your power.
Learn how to maintain your center amongst the chaos around you; how to maintain healthy boundaries and a filter system that works for you personally in order to sustain healthy relationships; how to program your energy field for living in our current times; and how to strengthen your position in the world.
I have used my background in Patterns and Symbols, Sacred Geometry, and Numerology to develop some simple yet powerful exercises that look at and deal with boundaries in a new way.
